1. Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene standards, returned hats must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Tags still attached
  • Original packaging included
  • No stains, odor, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review it quickly and work toward the right solution.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn hats
  • Used items
  • Items without tags
  • Products not in original condition
